Location

In the glorious Rodney countryside, nestled below the Kaipara Hills, you’ll find a stunning mix of bush-clad hillslopes and rolling green meadows, intersected by silver ribbons of restored wetlands and flowing creeks, all bustling with birds and wildlife. Amongst it, is our organically run and ecologically restored farm holding, where the six lifestyle blocks are positioned to make the most of the beautiful surrounds.

The building platforms

Each of the new sections has been carefully planned to provide a north-facing building platform, with panoramic views over the surrounding farmland and hills, nestled in an intimate landscape of native trees. The village will provide easy walking access between neighbours, without compromising on privacy.

The land

Each section has its own character, topography and special features, some with groves of trees, different aspects and views, and all provide the opportunity to develop your own special rural retreat. Stock water is supplied to each of the sections with stock drinking troughs run on the farm system, and the already carefully restored soil in the paddocks means that you have a huge head-start with whatever you might want to turn your hand to growing.

going ‘ECO’

Being a solar village, all the homes will be off-grid and powered by stand-alone solar systems. One house has already been built to demonstrate the ease, efficiency, and economy of the project. Our partnerships with preferred suppliers will make it as easy as possible for you to build and settle in to your new home.
